As a shopper of HerFashion@BS, you hereby agree to the following statements:

1. Payments to be made before receiving purchased items;
• No Payments = No Orders Made.
2. ALL goods sold are NOT exchangeable, refundable or for swaps.
3. All prices are stated in SGD$.
4. All goods are brand new otherwise stated.
5. All HerFashion will be contacted with either emailherfashion@gmail.com / sinren@gmail.com / whatjerom@hotmail.com / herhismall@gmail.com / emailhisfashion@gmail.com , please ignore other emails.
6. Payments are only accepted through:
• POSB/DBS Bank Transfer
• Concealed cash (AT YOUR OWN RISK)
• No meet-ups for payment.
• No Inter-bank payments.
7. HerFashion is not liable when:
• Wrong orders/address etc sent when buyer has stated the wrong information in ordering form after confirmation e-mail is replied.
• Supplier has sent the wrong goods etc (wrong address, unlikely)
• Stock(s) ordered is/are out of stocks, full payments will be refunded.
• Bad response in sprees (Pre-Orders), full payments will be refunded.
• Missing/damaged items through shipping/postage.
8. HerFashion:
• Upon successful transactions, customers would receive receipt from emailherfashion@gmail.com .
• Promised to keep all customers details private and confidential, except for purchased items details.
• Is a Reseller, goods are ordered and sent to supplier. Customers will receive items directly from supplier via posting.
9. Customers promised to:
• Wait patiently for postage of products (Instocks would take 3 to 4 working days to arrive)
• Wait very patiently for Pre-Orders where late arrivals are very common.
10. Upon purchase with HerFashion, you promised to abide all HerFashion’s Terms and Conditions.

When you do purchase from HerFashion, you therefore abide to this terms and conditions.
